As for the design, the chose of design was made to make it work with the custom build backend. We wanted to concentrate attention on the movies, rather than fancy cookie cut graphics. Plus custom built backend that was managing video conversion to flash, sorting of the movies, displaying of the movies on the tour, and generating header graphics from the movie screenshots, plus a few more additinal minor features.
Because backend is dynamically changing content on the frontpage, there are certain limitations to its looks. Sorry trolls.
