The biggest thing is learning to give up control and also hirering people with more knowledge than yourself. Basically you gotta figure out what you suck and then hire someone do that
There is 2 types of employees
The ones that work for a paycheck
The ones that work to own the product they create / maintain.
If you hire only people that work for a paycheck you won't grow bigger than having a handful of people as you will end up spending all your time on them.
