What would make most sense would be to work out a deal with the acquirer in terms of content and updates. Assuming you shoot the content, you could offer them a deal that provides them with a low priced shoot cost contract in a fixed amount that would be an incentive for them to keep the site updating for the next year or so with you shooting how ever many times you do shoot. The site doesn't lose its branding, you get your cash and sales keep rolling in and members stay happy.
I don't make any money in this business so take my advice very lightly as I pretty much suck at making money online. But that's what I would do if it were mine.
Let them worry about the marketing and monetization.
