I had a small amount in ePassporte, just a few hundred dollars, but I was able to spend it on merchandise a few years ago and bought a laptop as a gift for someone to close out my account. This was probably around Christmas, 2010.

No, I didn't say anything about being a lawyer. It took something like 5 or 6 or 7 phone calls to get it accomplished, and I seem to remember having to use a different credit card number because my ePassporte card had expired at just about the time this all went down.
