Lawmakers in ANY country are ignorant when it comes to technology. Any geek worth his salt can completely hide his identity and cover his tracks online, I can join a forum, stir shit and disappear like a fart on a windy day and nobody would ever know who I was and wouldn't have a good way to find me.
