IP using the user agent InetURL:/1.0 ?!
so, one of my hosting accounts became extremely slow for some reason...made a ticket, to resolve the issue, since i saw a high cpu usage in the cpanel...here's what i got

We found that IP 69.31.50.75 was using the user agent "InetURL:/1.0" which is the program INETURL here http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/plugins.html on the web site camwithher.org which was causing this issue. For now, we have simply blocked the IP on the firewall which has resovled the issue.
