Understand the anger and rage, but you can't go around killing people --- and hopefully they can find some proof the girl was sexually assaulted, so there's some hope of him getting off. Also, do you want your 4 year old daughter to witness someone being beaten to death, even though it's a child molester? The guy was justified, but he made a pretty bad choice.
He's risking going to jail for a long time, and not being able to take care of his daughter.
