It shows a Government is starting to realise old laws need changing now in the Internet times.
The law is to release the site owners from prosecution if they help the identify the perpetrator. Then that person will be prosecuted.
Whether it will work or not is a problem. When it doesn't they go to the next step.
Sad to see so many here in favor of not doing anything to stop the bullying and hate that some individuals enjoy dishing out. What if it were your teenage child or yourself?
