IF there's a 3rd person filming the couple having sex = Pro-am
IF there's multiple girls & scenes shot in the same room = pro-am
If there's a couch, nice furniture, one of those japanese room divider & plant = Pro-am
If the camera it's shot on is anything other than consumer point & shoot = pro-am
If there's some sort of "interview" = Pro-am / Casting couch
