Nah, it's "solid" ... or is it? Since that's what many thought of iBill, globill, epassporte, etc back in the day ... seemed too big to fail, and yet they did.

As for things being "that bad for them?" ... no way to know, but there are often warning signs before a service's demise, such as slow / no pay, less processing activity (more aggressive scrubbing), change in reserve requirements / unexplained holds, rapid decrease in staff, change in the mood of employees (not necessarily to the negative - sometimes the reverse with employees suddenly being glowingly, overly optimistic like one saw with ePassporte near the end), etc.
