As you have seen in the other threads CCBILL has enabled processing for uploaded.to again, after uploaded.to removed the references to Child Porn and bestiality.
Basically CCBILL gave them a list of banned words and told them to remove these and is now happily processing for them again.
If you dig a little further though it's easy to see there is still plenty of bestiality available on uploaded.to

Another big issue is CP. These file sharing sites are filled with it. But the real CP is hidden. The real CP traders don't use words as lolita and preteen, they use random/disguised filenames.
Also CCBILL knows the site hosts pirated apps, porn and hollywood movies, etc. but they are hiding behind DMCA. It's clearly there though:
What if the movie studios decide to go after this? I am pretty sure Visa/Mastercard will not allow processing for this.
CCBILL is willingly and knowingly risking their merchant accounts. They don't care that 1000s of webmasters are dependent on their bi-weekly CCBILL checks. They don't care that these filelockers make money of stolen content from the guys that have been with CCBILL for 10+ years.
If you are financially dependent on CCBILL I would find a new processor/sponsor ASAP.
This is all CCBILL EU. I suggest everyone to submit their findings to Steve Wilson (VP, Head of Acceptance and Third Party Risk at Visa Europe, responsible for Compliance Programme Management Visa Europe)
