a message popped up on the dash.. 'oil change/service'.
I had onstar call the dealer, let them know I was dropping the car off...
the dealer gave me a ride home.
dropped the car off at my place about an hour and 1/2 later.... no charge.
this is the kind of treatment that builds customer loyalty, for me anyway..
