the advantages of Prague are that its easier to get around with english and culturally it offers more. but also more crime, more stress, more traffic jams and usually higher costs

Sounds awesome. Even though I work with Czech models a lot also from the Brno region and they tell me often about Czech I pictured Czech a little like a dark dangerous country. I thought about moving to Prague sometimes, the models told me houses are expensive in the city but in the region like 30kms from Prague they're a lot cheaper already. They also tell me that if they have to travel from Brno to Prague, both train and the road are horrible options... the long road between these two cities apparently is in very bad condition and train takes a very long time?
I definitely should spend some time in Czech this year.
