No bias at all. We sometimes call us as wild version of Austrians, lol. the last time in Vienna, i was like "WTF? its the fucking same country with same people, but different language".
Anyway , the thing with living in the Prague is, to be located on the outskirts of Prague. There are some nice suburbs, where you actually feel you are living somewhere in the countryside (south prague). I live in the part of Prague, which is almost small city itself, within big city. 17 minutes by fast train to main railway station and with car it takes around 30 minutes, so i dont need a car at all. And i dont need Prague at all too, only to visit some pubs with other friends.
The thing with cars is to have a lot of friends who own it, so they can always take you when needed
