Yep, I have "training shoes" which are as-high-as-I-can-manage stilettos to wear around the house, great for posture and toning the legs/butt. Works really well if you do a belly dance workout in them.
Hurts my knees after a while so I don't wear them all day coz I'm afraid of long term damage to the joint. Getting knees replaced when you are 60 with steel ones does not look like fun.
