This is a funny biz. Nowhere else do you admit to causing people relying on your service to costing them money through negligence as the liability that accompanies that admission is pretty obvious. You certainly wouldn't punctuate such an admission with defamatory remarks towards an ex business partner who's highly likely(right or wrong) to file a lawsuit
