I hate the fact that this idiot claims to love animals. Tracy and I had a cat for 17 years and when we finally had to put him down we took her home and buried her. What this guy did is sick.

Even worse he calls himself an artist, and that this is an expression of his art, and that his cat would enjoy being able to fly. What an asshole.
