Since our LA trip is now in about 5 weeks, we (as in the GF and I) started doing the
body rock thing on top of regular MTB trips. Since I'm not allowed to run, jump or anything that can put pressure on my heels (old army injury) I'm swapping the routines around a bit. But I don't really need to loose the weight, I just want to shape up a bit - it's more the gf.
Anyhow, anyone tried it and want to share some experiences? The chick is pretty hot after her boob job btw, that's a plus having to watch the videos a lot haha
My gf's goal is to drop 9 Kilograms, in 5 weeks. So obviously we are working with food on this one too. Think it's possible?
