Quote yourself stating when an opinion or making a judgement such as "despite contacting Paypal on numerous phone numbers, Paypal have thus far declined to act on this matter. In fact, contacting anyone at Paypal is almost impossible."
Otherwise the journalist would be claiming they contacted PayPal. The release should quote you talking smack about PayPal.
