Do you have a phone number for the guy? If the phone number starts with 010 (or 019 or maybe some other 3-digit combo that starts with 0) then maybe you could try contacting him via Kakao Talk on iPhone or Android. I swear, like 99.99% of all Koreans have Kakao Talk installed on their smart phones.
