The requirement to know who we sell our domains to is that we don't sell domains or sites to our direct competition. It has nothing to do with the price, just common sense business practices.

Just an example... some time ago a well known adult sponsor approached us to buy one domain. They offered much more than a fair price for it. Since they didn't want to identify themselves the deal was ignored... the domain is still parked if I don't mistake. It's a very similar domain to one of their paysites domains.
In this case the deal was completely ignored not because of the price but because the buyer didn't want to identify themselves as XYZ company. If they did so, they would have got the domain for the price they offered to pay for it... even they could have got it for half of that money.
