Does anyone know of a resource that will tell me which countries use what payment type.

I.e. UK - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro etc etc
US - ACH, MasterCard, Visa etc etc

Trying to work out what countries of our traffic can be provided which of our payment methods.
