NEW CCBILL FORMS IN THE WORKS - WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK!
At CCBill, we are always looking for ways to better help our merchants. With that in mind, we would like your thoughts regarding layouts for new payment forms we are designing. Ultimately, these forms help you drive sales and it is critical they reflect your requirements, along with the usability needs of your consumers.
Your feedback is a key factor and we welcome and encourage your input. If you could please take a few minutes and complete a short survey we would greatly appreciate it!
The survey is located here.
Thank you for your participation, and be sure to let us know if there is anything else with which we can help.
It matters to you, so it matters to us.

Im bumping this thread in the hope ccbill will get a move on with the new join forms - ive just had a chat with a live help agent and was told it was normal to have 245 form hits (to 1 site) with 1.5% submission and 0 sales in 1 day - sorry, but I dont agree.
These join forms were created some ten years ago for users on 800 x 600 pixel screens who were alot more desperate to get their porn fix and would work out the form, users are different nowadays, they expect easy navigation with a clear layout and mobile friendly.
As far as i'm concerned if I've sent 245 users to the ccbill join form then it is over to them, i'm happy I get them from my join page to the ccbill join form, maybe even with better forms the ratios may not change, but it would be good if CCBill would at least try, i'm not the only one who has requested form updates.
if I designed a site for a client today that looked like it was ten years old i'd be fired! it's time to get these forms up to date, not just for myself but for everyone who uses CCBill -
they first posted news about 'join forms in the works' about 6 months ago, I tried to look in the client news archive but it wouldn't load, I asked an agent and they didn't know when they will be live, seriously how long does it take? copy epoch's forms! they are great!
I like working with ccbill and the trust that we all have for them, I don't want to change, I just want new forms and not the promise they will come one day.
