important point for paypal is stop the spreading of this type of infos at the beginning - before the information reaches the mainstream news.. if information about paypal and filelockers will reach the mainstream, then for sure visa and mastercard will must say something why are they supporting paypal - and probably they will do everything to not doing in mainstream..
