In regards to who owns Paxum; this question has been answered multiple times over the last couple of years. Paxum's Owner and CEO has also been in attendance at various conventions/shows, most recently XBiz Summit in May 2012, and he is always happy to meet with clients, and prospective clients. Paxum's CEO and Owner is no mystery; his name is Octav Moise.
