If you get nowhere with Ruth, you could always touch base with Mr. Moise on Facebook, he's easy to find there and I'm sure he doesn't want his company anywhere close / connected to CP in the media, so if he is smart he will listen and work with you.
//Edit: I guess Banca Transilvania would be even less likely to be wanting to be connected to CP in the media.
