Is he really doing anything different than the media does to celebrities that are arrested?

Nobody went to jail for releasing their address and name.
Most people with a land line phone have their name and address published already
in plain view.

So I hate stuff like he is doing but it's done to people "we hate" all the time and
I never heard of anyone being punished for it.
The courts have ruled there is more right of privacy to the average citizen than celebrities and politicians and other people in the public eye.

And it was mentioned that using those pictures for profit is illegal.Plus the fact you'd have to buy off everyone of these web sites. How do you know they keep their word?

Posting arrests rather than convictions is the real problem. Most job applications ask "have you been convicted of a felony in the past 7 years?" That's what they search for in the background check. Even if they find one, they might ask you about it just just to verify it's not a mistake.
