"I'm going to build airplanes. What does an airplane look like?" Or "I'm going to open my own restaurant. What does a restaurant look like? Does it have have couches, or chairs, or both? Does a restaurant have pets?"
If you don't know what a pay site looks like, it looks like it's going to kick your ass. Maybe try being an affiliate for a little while, you know, learning SOMETHING about the business before you try to launch your own.
