I think the same exact thing when we are out at a restaurant.

We will be there at Olive Garden, Red Lobster, or one of those places (typically where I notice more than other places) and there will be some young couple next to us glued to their phone.

Sometimes you can see it's a first date watching them, other times established couples, but through most of the meal they are basically glued to their phones 90% of the time. Occasionally they will need to answer the waiter or other person for something, but you're like... WHAT IN THE FUCK?!?

I guess I am glad to be a bit older, as I do not know I would have the patience for that sort of bullshit on a date. We see it all of the time when out. By that I mean, it's not the occasional one off thing that gives you a chuckle. You see it so much, you're just like what the hell.

I guess you need to send an IM to your date and say, "We gonna fuck after this? to get some attention.
