I don't think African Americans dominate the NBA, distance running and many pro sports because "they work harder at it". Thats also just a racist as any other suggestion as it implies that being white means you don't work as hard. Of course, if someone says "if you're black, you don't work as hard" that is basically a hate crime, which you're totally ok with.
