No matter how hard I try, I just can't do a morning workout. I just don't have as much strength as I do in the late afternoon, so my workout is not as good.

I actually saw a health article that says morning workouts may help with energy throughout the day, they are not as good for endurance or strength training.

But hell, there is a study or article for everything.
