First of all, being a body builder requires just as much dedication, hard work, discipline and sacrifice as any other sport. It taxes the body just as much as anything else. In fact, a large component of success in body building is recovering due to the intense and constant tax on the body.
Saying "body builders don't become [ANTHING] because..." is totally irrelevant to the point of genetics playing a role in physical performance.

Big steriod bloated muscles do NOT equal better athlete.
If it did then body builders are really stupid to stay broke most of their lives instead
of playing pro sports where they could dominate and make millions.
They don't go into pro sports because they can't make the team.

Again, all totally irrelevant to the topic and the role of genetics in physical performance.
