A friend of ours raised pigs last year.. and 15% of the total weight was bacon.. 2 pigs @ 200lbs of meat yield each = Loads of glorious, sticky, salty, thick bacon. Now I can't go back to regular store bought bacon. Looks like I'm raising pigs next year.
