I use subscribe me pro enterprise, very good and solid program, been using it since like..1998..and unless you plan on entering the email addresses by hand you need a program to exatract them from emails or what ever. I dont know of any other then the one I use (extractor pro) but that company is long dead..you also need a email server to send it through, if you are sending out alot of email get your own dedicated server for it, I use IceWarp (
