question what movie or article did you read prior to posting and coming up with this idea? the reason why I asked is because I heard and read similar pitches for ideas that all have the same type of wording. Sounds like a corporate sales pitch.
what you're failing to consider / think about is the backbone and structure for this idea not to mention cost. dedicated serves and setup alone will be costly, have you figured out what media server you'll use to stream the live video? iphone and ipad's don't play flash. either you're going to have to use a third party company to push the live feed for you, purchase the server script out right, or have one developed.
forget everything else the media server and dedicate servers is you biggest road block you're going to have to figure out and cost wise it's not cheap.
- i don't mean to be harsh but i've been pitched a lot of internet ideas by friends and others. but no one seems to think the ideas completely through. the surface stuff, advertising, design, etc are all common things you'll need but the backend costly stuff no one thinks about or if they do they assume they can get it done for a few thousands dollars or less.
