With apology I had a thorough response typed.... and then GFY was down. Had to start all over again, twice. Not a good day for porn based on the various threads.


Dear valued clients,

There have been intermittant connectivity and latency problems today with some MojoHost customers as a result of a local area network issue. I have been on the phone even if just to be in earshot and working with our engineers since 3am. Our network service and reliability is of paramount importance. I am hopeful that we are judged by our stellar service history in addition to today's team response.

Since the first occurance this morning, nearly all traffic has been served. While this is no consolation for any affected customer large or small, our team has isolated the root cause. I am confident that we are near finished with this situation and as of right now there are only a handful of VLANs (customer networks) affected. It is not appropriate for me to give a full report until we have restored service to the last friends and family VPS account. As always, I look forward to being transparent with the details of today's occurance and we are sincerely appreciative of your business.
