I should say a highly configured version of Drupal with custom modules... Not an easy setup, Most of the Pro's wont be able to do it, and since I help in the IRC channels and with development I would consider myself to be one of those pro's
But that's neither here or their, it doesn't really matter its just that your site is a direct mirror of pinterest and I find that neat but I think the configuration and the fact that your focusing this on the Adult World is nice
