I haven't worked with ElevatedX much, but I've done a lot of work with Konrads script... and it's a dream to skin and work with.
Unencoded code also makes it a breeze to mod, and work with in general.
I've heard a lot of good about EX, but can't speak on the subject myself, as I've only touched it briefly.
