Alter any WP tube theme you like (there are many of them floating around), or order a custom-made one. Almost every modern Web designer is able to do a WP theme.

It's true that Wordpress today is not just blog engine, but it was constructed to be a blog engine.
Developing a product based on Wordpress is getting harder and harder as a product is growing. Project made from scratch for one purpose, which was created using proper design and architectural patterns with good documentation can be developed to huge sizes.
A project with the same purpose, based on Wordpress, will become too expensive for later development. It will be taking too much time and resources.
I'll give you an example. You can make an auction website with Wordpress, I bet there is a lot of custom themes and plugins to do that. But try to expand it later to size of ebay.
