SE traffic is the best converter,
Macro niches convert about 1:3000, Micro niches can go to up 1:200 (but hard to find them and traffic is small-to-non-existant)
probably main difference mainstream v.s. adult that you can't really use lots of social signals. You'd have to be a brave guy to LIKE hornygrannies.com on your FB page.. :D
