You guys call for SOPA etc yet pull the exact shit that that law would put you in prison for. Yet you contribute fuck all to a grass level real action initiative thats getting shit done, like AdultKing.
I've donated to AdultKing and I am not even in the adult industry, nor any content industry.
You guys are doomed. Fucking doomed, Capt. Mannering.

I found the above image of the GFY Troll of the Year the same way I found the jump rope gif image, using Google search. Basically, I frequently use random images like a visual metaphor on this forum, either for humor or to make a point, and sometimes the imagery I choose is deliberately ambiguous or appears to mean nothing (see Dadaism).
I believe that what I do falls under Fair Use, and I do not think that I am using or hiding behind the same fallacious arguments as pirates do (most content piracy is pretty obvious even to a casual observer).
In any case, I don't think that my post adversely impacted InTheCrack's business, and it certainly was never my intent to harm his business, nor do I try to hurt anyone else's business when I link to YouTube videos or pictures hosted by someone else on the internet.
To date, the GFY mods have not taken issue with my picture posts (Correction: Back in 2005, there was an epic picture-tennis thread that was closed after it had reached 46 pages, and over 2,000 posts:
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=449185, lol).
Hopefully you can understand that there is a world of difference between my posting random images on a forum (usually with no nudity), located via a Google image search, and the wholesale ripping off of content that takes place in the content piracy community.
As I previously stated, I am happy that the copyright owner was given proper credit for his image, and if he so wants to, he can now get the image removed, since now he knows where it is hosted, and when he does, we shall see a red "X" where once there was a hottie doing jump rope (unless the offending party does not respond to his DMCA, which will necessitate further action).
Seriously, I have been active in adult industry anti-piracy activities for more than a few years, and there are hundreds of people in the industry that know this to be the case.
In case you were not aware, I am a content producer myself, and I've literally spent hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past dozen years creating exclusive content, so I deal with my own piracy issues on a daily basis.
Anyway, unless anyone can show me that what I have been doing was actually illegal, I intend to
"stick to my schtick" (based upon your join date it appears that you're fairly new to GFY, so you may not have noticed that most of my posts have some sort of visual imagery attached - sometimes it is pointed, other times it is ambiguous or completely off the wall).
If you can show me how what I am doing is illegal, then I will most certainly stop posting pix on this Forum (GFY is the only board I frequent and post on with any regularity), although I think if that happens, it will make GFY a less fun place (at least for me), and I'm pretty sure that it will not make one iota of difference in the industry struggle against piracy/content theft.
Let the troll fest resume...
