From what I read these are only people that were talked to by the DA. They call her #9 due to the circumstances of her involvement. But even if everything in your mind was true, not every witness that is desired by either party is automatically allowed to testify, and even then not everything they want to say is admissible.
I doubt it will come up in the trial.
