I'm very much all about everything being black and white, and technically the kid should have been arrested, detained, and send back to his home country - and perhaps his parents should have been investigated and deported as well. But at the same time you have to have a certain amount of compassion here - The kid has most likely been here for most of his life. It's his parents who did wrong, not him.

i don't get it some people can break the rules and some can't.
a judge in arizona says it's ok for illegals to work. ok if i did the same thing it's illegal because i have to pay taxes. illegals can work under the table as a judge instructed.
