Definition of gonzo porn?

Over 10 years ago, when the term "Gonzo" first started being used to describe a new style of porn that was made popular by John Stagliano and then Seymour Butts, Gonzo was defined as a Style of filming that involves the camera in the scene by the actors or actresses acknowledging the camera or "breaking the fourth wall".

Do you think that the gonzo style of filming has expanded to include other styles of filming, in some cases plot based? Or is the acknowledgement of the presence of the camera still necessary for a film to be considered "gonzo"?

Does the existence of any scripted dialog or plot automatically rule out the gonzo classification?
