Actually I am not really sure if they would actually discover that. I have seen that most of the porn sites are not blocked by their general firewall.

Well.On your second question.I can give you an example.
I have been observed a porn site for a while. the site just a simple porn pic site.
On July 1,I visited the site .
www.abc.com
On July 5,when I visited it again.the home page shows :please visit our new domain.
www.abc123.com
On July 10,I visited abc123.com and abc.com again,then it shows:please visit our new domain.
www.abc456.com
....
So no one knows who's webmaster .
