Nice to have a nice Alexa ranking if you are selling prepaid on your site(s)
Lot of adult companies bought the Adult Alexa list (yes, they sell it) and are buying left and right if you are ranking on that list...
That being said, i don't agree with Sandman, Niched sites under 100k Alexa still bring in the $$
