no, but it will make it harder.... there is a big difference between deciding to go on a killing spree when u can easily get your dads gun as opposed to having to figure out how to build a bomb or some other weapon capable of taking out a large number of people. it would make impulse killings drop significantly

i get that people like guns... and i get that people think everyone should have the freedom to buy a gun... but seriously, if you cant see that the country would be safer without millions of guns on the street i think you are fooling yourself
