Bah, don't even try to argue with pro-gun people, in their alternate universe they seriously believe the answer to gun violence is more guns.
But whatever your beliefs, you can't possibly justify the failure to extend the assault weapon ban (read up if you're unfamiliar). Any country that thinks it's perfectly fine for private citizens to own Ak-47s is beyond help.
