Meaning, if poor Russians had the same opportunities as their American counterparts- A lot less of them would be poor comparatively. Poor Russians don't have and NEVER will have the same type of opportunities as their American counterparts.

The majority of Americans who live in poverty are there because of ignorance, poor life choices, or usually both. It's actually baffling to see as I can easily write a book.
