When it downloads the file it should appear at the bottom of your browser window. There will be a little arrow beside the name of the file it's downloading. Click the arrow and choose the option to "Always open this type of file". Close your browser, re-open and try again. If that doesn't work yet, clear your cache\cookies and try again. I did that... didn't help, at all.. the worst part is that the files are only 5-6k and yet they just hang at 100% and then I have to close them before I can load another page (too many open connections to the site)
